  • 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice powder

Optional add-ins consist of:

  • 1 tsp of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • Maca root powder
  • Pure stevia for sweetening

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on low-medium, bringing the speed up to high for roughly 30 seconds (or until frothy).

Recipe Notes

Darker roast coffees are our preference. We find them richer and smoother when mixed with the keto bulletproof coffee ingredients. You should also consider using a French press for the smoothest coffee.
