Prepared here as snacks, they have been cut into sticks and breaded for more delicacy. As soon as they come out of the oven, the zucchini is soft to the heart under a fine crisp of beautifully golden Parmesan cheese.

Light and tasty, these baked Parmesan zucchini sticks will delight your guests and will be a good opportunity to eat vegetables.
HOW TO COOK:
Wash, wipe and remove the ends of each zucchini. Cut them first in 2 then in 4 in the direction of the length.
Mix the Parmesan with the spices on a plate.
Preheat oven to 400 F
In a deep plate, beat the eggs with a fork.
Dip the zucchini sticks into the beaten eggs and finally into the parmesan mixture, turning them over to coat them well.
Arrange them as you go on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper that you have lightly oiled before.
Sprinkle with some olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
